
As CMO and later CEO of School Simplified (2020–2023), I led the organization’s transformation into one of the world’s largest student-run nonprofits, dedicated to supporting students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under my leadership, we scaled to a $25M valuation, launched six global chapters, and built a suite of digital platforms that delivered academic support to over 100,000 students worldwide.
Through creative, bootstrapped growth strategies (without outside capital), I guided a team of 500+ staff across 147 countries, growing our community to 70,000+ members and achieving over 550 million impressions and 150,000+ followers. School Simplified’s mission-driven work provided critical academic resources and connection for students facing the challenges of remote learning, leaving a lasting impact before the organization concluded its journey in May 2023.
